Shipping policy

We ship worldwide and use a variety of couriers selected specifically for the fastest delivery speed possible at the most reasonable prices. Please keep in mind that international orders are subject to courier delays and may take slightly longer to get to the delivery address.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK,  within 24 hours of the order being placed, on working days The estimated shipping time begins from the day your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom & Northern Ireland

Orders received on weekdays before 12.00 GMT will be shipped out the same day and orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday. Standard Delivery via Royal Mail 48 Hr tracked (3-4 working days) - £3.99 or FREE over £75 Express Delivery via Royal Mail 24Hr tracked (1-2 working days) £5.99. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Europe

Orders made from European Countries are dispatched via our UK warehouse. Orders received on weekdays before 12.00 GMT will be shipped out the same day and orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.

Standard Delivery

- Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery (5-10 working days) £9.99 or free over £100.00.

Express Delivery

- DHL Express (2-4 working days) - please see checkout for accurate shipping prices. *Shipping Costs / Free Shipping Threshold may change based on exchange rates.

United States of America

We dispatch our US, Canada, and other international orders from our Northern Ireland warehouse.

Standard Delivery

- USPS First (Tracked) £15.99 or free over £100.

Express Delivery

- FedEx Express (Tracked 4-5 working days) please see checkout for cost information.

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouses, you will be notified via email. This will provide you with your courier tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours 1-3 days for the courier to update its tracking with information on the whereabouts of your order not including weekends or holidays.

Import tax

We now cover EU customs charges. Orders received on weekdays before 12pm GMT will be shipped out the same day and orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday. For territories outside of the UK, Northern Ireland and the EU, import tax is payable by the customer to the delivery company.
