As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouses, you will be notified via email. This will provide you with your courier tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours 1-3 days for the courier to update its tracking with information on the whereabouts of your order not including weekends or holidays.

Yes, we ship worldwide and use a variety of couriers selected specifically for the fastest delivery speed possible at the most reasonable prices. Please keep in mind that international orders are subject to courier delays and may take slightly longer to get to the delivery address.

It couldn’t be easier to use your bagbloxx and get the most out of it. Simply remove the individual from the packaging and inflate it. You can do this manually simply by blowing into the valve at the top, or with the pump provided.

It’s super simple! We’ve put in a special valve, sized so it inflates them as quick as possible. Open the top of the valve and remove the transit pin. Place the top of the valve back in place. Open the cap and inflate, by blowing in, or inserting the hand pump provided. When inflated to the desired amount, close the cap. To deflate, pull out the whole of the nozzle to release the air quickly.

Yes, you can! You can even use it for the delicate leather on handbags and shoes. We always recommend trying on a small area first to check.

Good news! Bagbloxx are really flexible, so start by using the one that is nearest the size of your handbag. For dimensions, Raspberry Cool is 28cm x 18cm x 11cm and Ocean is 15cm x 25cm x 5cm. If your bag is bigger, you may need two inside. If it’s a little bit smaller than one of the bloxx, just pop the bagbloxx inside the bag first, then pump it up when it's inside the bag, to get it inflated to the right level. They will fit in most tote bags, top handle and medium shoulder bags from all of the major luxury handbag brands.

We now cover EU customs charges, and are included in the shipping fee. Orders made from European Countries are dispatched via our UK warehouse. Orders received on weekdays before 12pm GMT will be shipped out the same day and orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday. For shipping to the USA, customs charges are also covered as part of the delivery fee. For other international territories outside of the UK, import tax is payable by the customer.

We want all of our customers to be delighted with their purchase, so we offer an easy 30 day money back guarantee. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, you should mail hello@bagbloxx for return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please consider whether you need a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning goods. Sometimes things go missing in the post, and we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In the event that the return is lost in the post, we won’t be able to process your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It’s usual for refunds to take several days to a week to be processed by payment providers including banks and credit card providers. If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@bagbloxx.com.
